Neat Cutting Oils are used undiluted in machining operations mainly for the purposes of extending tool life, smooth surface finishing, flushing of chips and reduction of workpiece deformation. United Neat Cutting Oil series is fortified with various extreme pressure and lubricity agents to obtain the desired workpiece quality depending on the respective types of operation and workpiece material. Product series suited for light to severe operations are available.

    UNINET MP 25 is a multi-purpose neat cutting oil blended with an additive that provides a synergistic combination between chlorinated, sulfurized EP and esters.

    It is suitable for medium to heavy duty tapping and deep drilling processes. Formulated with highly refined mineral base stock, the combination of EP and lubricity additives provide a stable lubricating film required between the tool and metal surface.

    UNINET XCUT 2 is a chlorine-free, low misting neat cutting oil developed to meet the heavy duty demanding machining processes such as deep hole drilling, threading, tapping, milling, gear shaping and broaching. It is blended with a proprietary high polarity additive that forms a thermally stable boundary lubricating film on the metal surfaces. UNINET XCUT 2 exhibits high synergistic Anti-wear effects when combined with our proprietary sulfurized EP additives.

    UNINET 88 CP is recommended for heavy duty machining processes such as drilling, threading, tapping, milling, gear shaping and broaching in multi-spindle auto-lathe operations. It is formulated with high level of polar additives and active sulfur, with the objective of machining hard metals such as stainless steel. It is not suitable for machining of non-ferrous or yellow metals.

    UNINET TD is formulated for tapping, deep hole drilling and threading of hard materials such as high nickel/chromium content stainless steel. It provides a stable lubricating film required between the tools and metal surface. The lighter viscosity assists in the flushing of work finish as well as precision.

    Besides tapping operations, UNINET TD is also recommended for thread rolling and gear cutting operations on all ferrous metals.

    UNINET TS 30 is specially formulated to meet the machining processes of small, precise components, made from SUS 420J2 series. The esterized sulfur and chlorinated EP and synthetic lubricity agent additives are selected to offer optimum performance to the heavy-duty processes like deep hole drilling and tapping at high rpm. It is fortified with unique lubricity polar substances and anti-list additives to ensure a clean working environment. Being active, it is NOT suitable for the machining of non-ferrous metals.

    United UNINET 211 is formulated for the high precision autholathes industry for the machining of low alloy steel, free cutting steel and non-ferrous metals. It is recommended for all metalworking applications, with the exception of very severe, stainless or heavy-duty applications.

    It is free from chlorine and sulfur, and is blended with a proprietary high polarity additive that exhibits good synergistic EP/AW effects.

    It is formulated with highly refined mineral base stock for medium to heavy duty machining processes such as deep hole drilling, threading and milling in high-speed multi-spindle auto-lathe machining centers.
